Most of the advice about “consistency” sounds like: post every day, in every place, with a smile on your face.
Which is great. And also exhausting.

Here’s what I’ve learned over the years:
Consistency doesn’t mean more. It means repeatable.

I used to think showing up required volume. But the posts I actually stuck with? The ones I could create week after week? They all had one thing in common: they made a single point. Not a 12-tip carousel. Not a 2,000-word essay disguised as a caption. One clear point.

When you let yourself write less, you can show up more.

So this week, try this:

  • Pick one platform.
  • Share one post.
  • Make one point.

That’s consistency. Not overload.

👉🏻Thursday in Coach’s Corner, I’ll be giving you a starter to make this even easier. But for today, just decide on your “one.”

What would it look like if you simplified showing up this week?
