I spent half of last week “working” by… scrolling through Canva templates.
Hours vanished. My business? No better off. My brain? Fried.

That’s when I remembered: my Stop-Doing List.
(Yes, I keep one. Yes, it’s as unsexy as it sounds. Yes, it works.)

Here’s why it matters:
Your to-do list keeps you moving.
Your stop-doing list keeps you from running in circles.

This week, try writing one. Start small:

  • Which task always drains you—but moves nothing forward?
  • Which platform you “should” be on—but never enjoy?
  • Which habit or project you keep planning, but never actually use?

Write them down. Cross them out. Give yourself permission to stop.

Your business doesn’t need more from you—it needs less clutter in the way.

What would land on your Stop-Doing list this week? Hit reply and tell me.
