How to Repurpose Blog Content Without Burning Out

Support for introverted coaches stuck in the messy middle.

If writing a blog feels like a “once and done” job, you’re making it harder than it needs to be.

One solid blog post can work for you on multiple platforms—without you turning into a content machine.
Here’s how:

  • Instagram: Pull 3 short tips or quotes. Done.
  • Pinterest: Create 2–3 pins that link back to the post.
  • Email: Your post is the email—intro + link.
  • Podcast: Record yourself reading it or talking through the key points.
  • Freebie or mini-course: Bundle related posts into a downloadable.

One blog. Multiple uses. No reinventing the wheel every week.
The trick? Write for depth, not just “quick take” content. Depth makes reuse possible.

P.S. On Monday, I sent out a quick 2-minute survey about a new product coming in October. If you haven’t filled it out yet, please do—it’ll help me make sure it’s exactly what you need.
