Your audience doesn’t need more—they need clarity

White tulip, spiral notebook, and pen on pastel pink background with “to do” notes, symbolizing audience clarity and focus.

I used to think my audience wanted more.
More tips. More posts. More “value.”

So I gave it to them.
And watched as their eyes glazed over somewhere between tip #3 and #7.

Want to know what I learned?
When your people are overwhelmed, they don’t need more information.
They need you to make it make sense.

That’s the gap most coaches miss—not a lack of content, but a lack of clarity. (I know this was my biggest herdle)
Clarity about the next step.
Clarity about what’s worth their attention right now.
Clarity about what can wait.

And yes, that means you’ll post less some weeks. Or share the same thing twice. Or cut your 20-minute tutorial into one laser-focused tip.

You’re not dumbing it down.
You’re making it usable.
And usable wins every time.

This week, instead of creating something new for the sake of it, try making one existing piece of content clearer. Trim it. Reframe it. Make the point impossible to miss.

Because your audience doesn’t need more from you—they need to feel like they can finally breathe.

What’s one piece you could make clearer today?
